What luck! The National Endowment for the Arts is bringing Roz Chast’s brilliant memoir Can’t We Talk About Something More Pleasant? to communities across America, and I’ve been invited to do the author interview in Eugene. Much thanks to Wordcrafters and the Shelton-McMurphy-Johnson House for the opportunity. This book is wonderful. My whole family loves it.
A friend said, “Roz Chast and Matt Groening are probably the most famous cartoonists in the world.” And the last person I watched interview Roz Chast was Steve Martin. So that’s not terrifying. January 20th, 12PM. More info here. Hope you can make it!
